Duties

• Assist with food preparation by chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients to support kitchen operations
• Plate and garnish dishes according to presentation standards before they are served to guests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and welcoming
• Help with stocking supplies and rotating stock to ensure freshness and availability of ingredients
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, customer service, and food handling
• Work app/salad station as needed during service

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
• Experience with banquet service or large-scale food events is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Passion for culinary arts, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
