Pay: $10/hour + Tips

Position: Part-Time, Year-Round

Hours of Operation: Tuesday-Saturday, 5-9pm * Shift Starts at 4:30pm; Seating ends 8:30pm

Who We're Looking For

* Previous serving experience required * TOAST POS a plus

* Friendly, outgoing, and professional

* Dependable, honest, and punctual

* Excellent customer service and communication skills - our customers enjoy engagement with you!

* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Team player with a positive attitude; no drama here

* Willing to cover another servers shift when needed & vise versa

* Wine, beer, or upscale dining experience a plus -- we're layeyback & fun, but customers appreciate a foodie and someone who knows wine, etc.

* Willing to learn menu (wine & food) to provide a dining experience that matches customer's expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality

* Take food and beverage orders accurately

* Able to communicate with bartender, salad station and pizza crew respectfully & timely

* Recommend menu items, wine, beer, and specials - extensive knowledge of our menu

* Serve food and beverages promptly

* Process payments accurately -- TOAST POS handheld devices used

* Assist with opening, closing, cleanup and side work

* Support teammates whenever needed

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday. Closed Sunday & Monday. Team members arrive earlier around 4:30pm for setup. Evening only (open at 5pm for dinner) * weekend availability required. We have a set day schedule, but you can switch or ask for off with sufficient time given, etc. Schedule is done in advance, etc. We offer a great work-life balance!
