Restore Dental Arts – LaPorte, IN

Restore Dental Arts is seeking a skilled and motivated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team in our LaPorte office. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about patient care, works well in a collaborative environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule

• Monday – Wednesday
• Approximately 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures
• Place and finish restorative materials within EFDA scope of practice
• Take digital radiographs and diagnostic images
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Educate patients on treatment and oral health recommendations
• Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines
• Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications

• Current Indiana EFDA certification required
• Current Indiana Radiology License required
• Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with digital dental software is preferred
