- Experience: 2 to 10 years of rock-solid experience in US Engineering Staffing.
- Domain Expertise: A strong track record of hiring for Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Civil Engineering roles.
- Core Skills: A strong grip on VMS/MSP portals, working in US time zones, sourcing niche engineering profiles, and navigating diverse visa tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
