Job Opening: Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Electrical Supervisor to lead our on-site technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep technical understanding of electrical installations, and the ability to bridge the gap between engineering plans and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Supervision: Lead, assign duties to, and supervise a team of electrical technicians, electricians, and sub-contractors on a daily basis.
• Execution & Quality: Ensure all electrical installations, wiring, and maintenance work are executed according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety (HSE) protocols on site to ensure a zero-accident working environment.
• Material & Progress Tracking: Monitor the availability of electrical materials and tools on site, manage inventory, and report daily progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Testing & Commissioning: Assist in the testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems and panels.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Lead Technician, specifically in construction, contracting, or industrial plant maintenance.
• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Technical ITI, or a related vocational certification.
• Skills:
• Ability to read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layout drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) systems.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities under pressure.
• License (Optional but Preferred): A valid driving license is a strong plus for moving between sites.
