We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly efficient E-commerce Listing Executive to manage and optimize product or service listings across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong listening skills, high typing speed, excellent written English proficiency, and a solid understanding of ChatGPT and Excel.

Profile: Listing Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Sector - 48

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: Up to 2 years

Salary: As per the company norms

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimize product or service listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) or internal databases.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of listing details, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Proofread and edit listings for clarity, grammar, and SEO optimization.
• Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data sorting, etc.) to manage large sets of data listing efficiently.
• Leverage ChatGPT or AI tools to improve content quality, generate descriptions, and automate responses.
• Monitor and analyze listing performance, making recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure listing accuracy and visibility.

Requirements:

• Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Fast and accurate typing speed (50+ WPM preferred).
• Excellent command of written English (grammar, spelling, clarity).
• Proficiency in Excel (data management, formulas, reporting).
• Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content generation is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in listing management, data entry, or content writing.
• Familiarity with SEO principles for e-commerce listings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
