Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other heavy-duty vehicles to transport construction materials, debris, or freight
• Load and unload materials efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual methods
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries across multiple sites
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during operations to ensure a secure work environment
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills

• Proven experience in truck driving, especially with dump trucks, tractor-trailers, or roll-off trucks
• Strong knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and freight handling
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles with precision and confidence
• Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and freight types is a plus
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with necessary endorsements for heavy-duty truck operation
• Experience with forklift operation for loading/unloading cargo is advantageous
• Excellent driving skills combined with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations

Pay: $25.19 - $30.33 per hour
