Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare accurate drawings and layouts for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and plans as per project requirements
• Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and instructions
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority standards and regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Drafting / Civil / Architecture
• Proven experience as a Draftsman
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
• Good understanding of construction drawings and materials
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate or construction projects
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and standards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
