Draftsman

• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with team members to ensure the timely delivery of drafts and revisions.
• Coordinate Architectural drawings with all other activities (Structural/MEP/Landscape…..).
• Drafting and Design:
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
• Documentation and Quality Control:
• Maintain organized records of all design drawings, changes, and project documentation.
• Review project documents and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project development.
• Education:
• Associate’s Degree in Architectural Drafting, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software is preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as an architectural draftsman 10+ years , architectural technician, or similar role in the construction or architecture industry.
• Experience with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and building practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing and design.
• Communication Skills:
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members .
