Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Barnett's Towing is hiring a Dispatcher to work out of our Sierra Vista, AZ location. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented, responsible, well organized and have customer service experience. Tasks include answering phones and inputting data into our program to dispatch tow calls, communicating regularly with our towing operators and supervisors. Must be able to multi-task. Dispatch experience not required; training is provided. Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently with our customers.

Pay DOE Will discuss at time of interview.

To be considered for this position you must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You must be willing to go above and beyond your day-to-day duties to add value to our growing organization.

Knowledge of motor vehicles a plus

Knowledge of Arizona roadways a plus

Shift includes Weekend Hours
