Overnight Dispatcher –

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy college graduate preferably with a major in Communications, Marketing and/or Broadcasting that would like to be a Dispatcher. The ideal candidate is organized, ambitious, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate drivers and daily assignments
• Monitor active jobs and provide status updates
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and scheduling requests
• Track routes and job progress using dispatch software and GPS systems
• Maintain accurate records and enter data into company systems
• Prioritize urgent tasks and adapt to changing situations

• Must be available to work a rotating schedule of four (4) consecutive days on followed by four (4) consecutive days off. This schedule includes weekends and holidays, as required.
