**Dental Assistant / Dental Floater – Join Our Dental Team! **

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented **Dental Assistant / Dental Floater** to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care while supporting both our clinical and front office operations.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist the dentist and clinical team during procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols
• Take digital dental X-rays
• Support patient flow and ensure a smooth patient experience
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling and patient communication
• Help with daily office operations and provide support wherever needed
• Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA guidelines

**Qualifications:**

• Dental assisting or dental office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience with Dentrix or dental software is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills
• Spanish preferred

**Schedule:**

Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Selected Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Wednesday and Saturday assisted hygiene

**Pay Rate:** $23–$28 per hour (based on experience)
