Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist a dentist during procedures by preparing instruments, taking digital X-rays, coronal polishing, sealants, etc.
- Ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Experience
- Prior clinic or dental office experience is required, with familiarity in dental terminology.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and health information management practices to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and maintain a welcoming environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
