We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Manage class schedules, exam bookings, certifications, and other operational tasks.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by taking full ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
• Effectively handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• 0-1 year of experience

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
