We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives / Telesales Officers to join our UK-based Food Group. Multiple positions are available in our Tele-sales department.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Proficiency in spoken English
• Prior call centre experience will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of basic sales strategies (up & cross-selling)
• Churn management
• Debt Managment and Collection
• Basic knowledge of Office 365, including Excel, word & Power point.
• Customer Basket managment

Office Timings

Summer: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Winter: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
