Customer Service Representative (Female)
Destination Hill Travel and Tourism LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Female Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have UAE experience, excellent communication skills, and confidence in handling customer calls as well as hosting TikTok Live sessions to promote our travel and visa services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Host TikTok Live sessions to promote travel packages and visa services.
- Provide accurate information about visa, holiday, and Umrah packages.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Female candidate only.
- Currently in the UAE (OWN VISA).
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (Urdu/Hindi is a plus).
- Confident on camera and comfortable hosting TikTok Live sessions.
- Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
