• Daily coordination with customers, providing updates, and sending status reports
• Ensuring customer retention and repeat orders
• Coordination with operational staff

Qualification: B.A./Bachelor's in Supply Chain/ International Relations/ International Trade Management (should be complete).
Experience: Fresh Graduates Only
