Corporate Relations Executive (B2B Partnerships)

Position Overview:

The Corporate Relations Executive is responsible for developing strategic B2B partnerships and securing commercial employment and talent pipelines with organizations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role requires proactive outreach to HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Managers, CEOs, and business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with HR Heads, CEOs, and Directors across corporate organizations.

· Conduct regular corporate visits to generate talent placement and recruitment opportunities.

· Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with multinational companies, SMEs, and government entities.

· Represent the organization professionally during corporate meetings and networking events.

· Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database of employers and industry contacts.

· Coordinate recruitment drives and corporate presentations throughout the year.

· Match suitable talent profiles with specific employer hiring requirements.

· Maintain continuous engagement with corporate partners to track placement outcomes.

· Prepare weekly and monthly partnership and performance reports.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in B2B corporate sales, account management, or corporate relations within the UAE.

· Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Valid UAE driving license and regular access to a personal vehicle (the role involves active field visits).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
