Hiring at a reputable hospitality organization for passionate culinary professionals to join our kitchen team.

Positions Available:

• Junior Cook (Commis 2 Level)
• Cook / Line Cook (Commis 1 Level)

Cuisine: Continental & Pakistani

Location: Mall Road Lahore

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen
• Good knowledge of Continental and Pakistani cooking
• Basic understanding of food preparation, sauces, grilling, curries, and plating
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Strong hygiene and food safety practices
• Team-oriented and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing Continental and Pakistani dishes
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and proper kitchen standards
• Ensure food quality and presentation as per guidelines
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
