Design Build Live is a leading company in Construction, Real Estate, and Interior Designing. We deliver excellent design and development with a focus on innovation and quality. We are looking for a highly skilled Content & Social Media Manager who can lead our Marketing Department.

Content Development

• Direct filming at construction sites, design installations, milestones, and handovers (filming handled by dedicated videographers).
• Plan, edit, and produce content including reels, timelapses, stories, testimonials, and corporate videos.
• Design and optimize static graphics, infographics, and illustrative content for campaigns.
• Produce and edit audio content (voiceovers, jingles, podcasts, etc.).
• Oversee and mentor the content team to ensure quality, timely delivery, and brand consistency.
• Maintain a structured archive of briefs, raw files, and final deliverables.
• Ensure all content is optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

Social Media Management

• Provide strategic direction for all social media platforms in line with business goals.
• Direct the execution of posting schedules, campaigns, and community engagement (carried out by the social media team).
• Oversee paid campaigns, ad budgets, and performance optimization.
• Monitor analytics, guide reporting, and suggest improvements.
• Supervise customer engagement standards, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Lead collaboration with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure messaging accuracy.
• Keep the team updated with evolving social media trends and tools.
