Content Creator / Social Media Associate

Overview:

is the first freeze-dried microgreens company in the US, based in Boulder, CO. We are a founder forward company, looking to show behind-the-scenes videos of how the brand is building.

Our top-selling products are our Broccoli Booster, 100% freeze-dried microgreens, and our Booster Blend, a mix of all 3 of our microgreens boosters. All of our products are 100% Organically grown in Colorado, washed, freeze-dried, and lab tested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement builder brand social media strategy for a freeze-dried microgreens brand with healthy, sustainable products. We have lots of coaching and examples for you.
• Support in growing our social following on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter
• Develop concepts, pitch, capture, edit, and post video and photo content (iPhone 13 pro or newer)
• Post at least 3 fun, creative, engaging, thoughtful, on-brand, and channel-appropriate pieces of content to our Instagram and TikTok each week
• Write all copy for social media captions
• Day-to-day community engagement/management and responding to any inquiries we receive via social
• Once a week in person, in Boulder to film content with the Founder and team (2-3 hours)
• Develop data reports, monitor performance, assess metrics, and report on ROI

Requirements:

• Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills
• Deeply knowledgeable about the latest social media trends across Instagram and TikTok, with a strong and brand-aligned personal presence on these platforms
• Wildly creative with a very “online” sense of humor
• Passionate about health, nutrition, and food sustainability
• Must be based in the Boulder, CO area

Details:

Location: Boulder, CO (or surrounding area)

Hours: Part-time, flexible (minimum 10 hours/week including certain weekend events)

Starting Pay: $500 monthly retainer or $17/hr
