We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution for a major QatarEnergy EPC / EPIC Buildings project in Ras Laffan. The role requires strong hands-on construction leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in line with project specifications, schedule targets, and GSAS requirements.

Role Purpose:

Lead and manage all site construction activities, ensuring coordinated execution of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure works while maintaining strict HSE, QA/QC, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site construction execution activities
• Manage construction sequencing, manpower, and productivity
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works
• Ensure compliance with drawings, method statements, and ITPs
• Manage subcontractor performance on site
• Monitor progress and support recovery planning
• Resolve site coordination issues and remove execution constraints
• Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance across all activities
• Ensure GSAS requirements are strictly implemented
• Support planning and project controls with progress updates

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)
20+ years total experience
15+ years as Construction Manager on major site projects (Mandatory)
GCC experience (10+ years minimum)
Contractor-side EPC / EPIC building experience
GSAS-certified project experience (Mandatory)
QAR 100M+ project delivery experience
Strong experience in subcontractor and workforce management
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
