Cluster Head barista with leading coffeeshop chain in UAE

Location: Dubai, UAE

Area of responsibility: 7 branches in Dubai and 1 in Abu Dhabi

Employment type: Full-time, Fixed-term

Schedule: 6/1 per week, 8-hour shift

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years as a Head barista of many branches in UAE.

Expertise:

• Train and control the work of a big team of baristas;
• Responsible for overall bar operations in UAE;
• Strategical management of all the menu development of the Company in UAE;
• Mastery of the entire coffee cycle: from the professional coffee grinding and extraction to beautiful latte art serving;
• Proficiency with professional coffee equipment;
• Knowledge of higher guest services standards;
• Knowledge of cleanliness and safety standards in HoReCa industry in UAE;
• Developed management skills: scheduling, inventory control, training, and quality control;
• English fluency is a must, Russian is a significant plus;
• Driving licence.

Personal skills: Leadership, activity, responsibility, customer focus, and attention to detail.

Driving license at UAE: necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Team training: lead, train, supervise and schedule the barista team;
• Operations: set, monitor bar operations, P&L and customer satisfaction;
• Quality of menu: ensure the taste and presentation of every drink, calibrate equipment daily;
• Menu: develop the coffee menu and new drinks;
• Inventory: manage stock of coffee and supplies, minimize waste;
• Standards: uphold all cleanliness, safety, and service protocols;
