Location: Park View City, Islamabad
Job Type: On-Site & Hybrid

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and confident Client Relation Officers to join our growing team serving a US-based company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the US.
- Introduce company services and build rapport with potential clients.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude.
