Civil Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce (masons, carpenters, helpers, etc.)
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications
• Allocate tasks and monitor productivity of workers
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
• Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain work progress and report daily site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company HSE policies
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays
• Monitor quality of work and ensure standards are maintained
• Assist in site measurements and material estimation
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at site
• Attend site meetings when required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or warehouse projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
