Civil Estimation Engineer

Job Summary

A Civil Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for construction projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-off.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze project costs, materials, labor, and equipment.
• Support tender submissions and bid proposals.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
• Maintain cost databases and update pricing regularly.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good analytical and numerical skills
