Civil Engineer (G+4 Dubai Municipality Approved Desigen)

We are looking for a Civil Engineer approved by Dubai Municipality Approved(G+4 Design) to support our ambitious construction and infrastructure projects focused on G+4 developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage engineering aspects of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and high quality.

- Good knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, codes, and engineering standards.

- Ability to review material submittals, shop drawings, and supervise site execution.

- Good communication and technical reporting skills.

- Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with stakeholders while addressing technical challenges.

- Ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety regulations.

Design and Planning:

- Prepare and review detailed designs and specifications for structural and infrastructure elements.

- Conduct thorough site investigations and geotechnical analyses to inform design decisions.

Construction Supervision:

- Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to designs and safety protocols.

- Monitor progress and proactively resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Strong understanding of local regulations and sustainable practices.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
