Job Description – Civil Engineer (DM Approved G+4 License)
Company: Raslan Building Contracting LLC
Location: Dubai, UAE
Position Overview:
Raslan Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Civil Engineer with strong expertise in G+4 building projects and solid experience working within Dubai Municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai (mandatory)
- Proven experience managing G+4 projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures & approvals
- Ability to manage site operations, contractors, and timelines effectively
- Excellent project management and communication with Leadership skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- BOQ knowledge and preparation with good knowledge of suppliers in Dubai .

Salary & Working Conditions:
- Fixed Salary: 6,500 AED per month
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
- Weekly Off: Friday
