Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to strategize and execute end-to-end projects within the Oracle technology stack and modern AI domains. In this role, you will lead technical delivery, manage complex project scopes, and champion Agile methodologies while ensuring a strong focus on customer outcomes and continuous innovation.
What will your role look like
Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational and customer goals.- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and commercial considerations to drive timely resolution.
- Lead technical delivery efficiently to meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value.
- Track governance, change control, and compliance checkpoints to ensure strict alignment with standards.
- Define and monitor delivery, quality, budget, and business outcome metrics for transparency.
- Provide concise, data-driven status updates to executive management regarding progress and key actions.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset with consistent stakeholder engagement and transparent communication.

We would like you to bring along
15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant Technical Manager experience.- Extensive hands-on experience as an architect or technical lead in Oracle Analytics, Integration, or Extension Development.
- Proficiency in GenAI, RAG, LLMs, AI governance, prompt engineering, or AI project delivery.
- Strong expertise in strategizing, managing, and executing end-to-end technical solutions.
- Considerable experience following Agile development methodologies and utilizing best practices.
- Hands-on proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira and AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- High proficiency in creating impactful presentations and reports using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
