Job Title: Chinese Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent
Location: Dubai (Business Bay)

We are currently hiring a Chinese Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for assisting Chinese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and understand their property requirements
• Present and promote Dubai real estate projects
• Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers/investors
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain strong long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (English is a plus)
• Previous experience in real estate or sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory
