Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Alfa HR Consultancy in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing computer literacy skills to navigate systems and databases.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy with proficiency in relevant software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus
