Call Center Agent (Evening Shift)

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
Shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 + Attractive Commissions

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and energetic Call Center Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and/or inbound customer calls.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Intermediate, FA/FSc, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• Good English communication skills (spoken).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
