About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Partner with strong expertise across Hard & Soft Facility Management Services.
The role will work closely with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams to develop practical, competitive and commercially viable FM solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience within Facility Management
- Strong knowledge of Hard & Soft FM Services
- Qatar/GCC FM experience preferred
- Experience in FM operations, solutions, tenders, bids or estimation
- Ability to review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models
- Understanding of manpower planning, mobilisation and SLAs/KPIs
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Business or related discipline
