About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a high-growth Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management company serving US healthcare providers. This is a results-driven sales role focused on acquiring new clients and scaling revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target US-based healthcare clients including clinics, hospitals, and physician groups
- Generate leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Deliver proposals, pricing agreements, and service presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients to the operations team
- Lead, mentor, and manage a business development team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly and monthly sales reports
- Track KPIs including leads generated, meetings conducted, and revenue closed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development within Medical Billing, RCM, or Healthcare BPO
- Strong knowledge of RCM, ICD-10, CPT coding, and US healthcare operations
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals with US-based clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
