InstaCare is a fast-growing healthcare IT company with its office based in Lahore. We are currently looking for a motivated Software Business Development Executive (Karachi-Based) to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow our sales pipeline.

In addition to a fixed salary, this role offers an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Connect with potential clients through calls and online meetings
• Generate leads and manage follow-ups
• Conduct product demos and presentations
• Follow up with prospects and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in software, SaaS, or IT solutions sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Must be based in Karachi
• Comfortable working through calls, online meetings, and occasional client interactions
