About the Role

Quadra Electronics is expanding its Industrial Automation division and is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive business development for Industrial PC (IPC), SCADA, Automation, and Industry 4.0 solutions across the UAE market.

This role is ideal for professionals with technical sales experience who enjoy customer engagement, lead generation, and project-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities for Industrial PCs (IPC), SCADA, HMI, PLC, and Automation solutions
• Generate and qualify new sales leads
• Meet factories, system integrators, OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end users
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams to develop customer solutions
• Build long-term customer relationships and support project execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation or technical sales
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, IPC, Industrial Networking, or Control Systems
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: AED 4,000
• Attractive Sales Commission
• Travel/Fuel Allowance (as applicable)
