Business Development Executive (BDE) – Night Shift

Location: SMCHS (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in Upwork bidding and international client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website design and development services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Identify client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.
• Create customized proposals tailored to client needs using both manual and AI-assisted approaches.
• Conduct client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Upwork experience (mandatory).
• Proven track record of acquiring and closing international clients.
• Strong experience selling Website Design & Development services (mandatory).
• Understanding of CMS platforms and web-based solutions.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing services.
• Experience with custom proposal writing and lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management abilities.
• Ability to consistently achieve a minimum monthly revenue target of $3,000.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on additional freelancing platforms.
• Knowledge of custom design services.
• Familiarity with AI tools for proposal optimization and client outreach.
