About the role
Luna Coffee is opening a new branch in Lahore and we are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations
- Encourage Upsell / suggestive selling
- Lead and train the café team
- Monitor sales performance and daily reporting
- Manage inventory and supplier coordination
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in café or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Passion for hospitality and coffee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
