The Role:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP/AR and financial records
• Process AIA pay applications and oversee project billing
• Maintain job costing and support financial reporting
• Manage timekeeping and payroll-related inputs

The Person:

• Experience in construction bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of AIA billing and lien waiver processes
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
