Billing Executive

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our Finance & Billing Team. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient billing processes including OPD, IPD, surgical, and diagnostic billing
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of bills in compliance with hospital policies
• Manage insurance billing, pre-authorizations, and follow-ups with insurance companies
• Coordinate with admission, discharge, and finance departments for smooth billing operations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare billing protocols

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or relevant field)
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in hospital billing (OPD/IPD mandatory)
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with hospital billing software and MS Office
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminologies, insurance claim processes, and billing cycles
