About the Role:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining excellent customer service, and contributing to a welcoming café environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with specialty coffee preparation, latte art, grinder calibration, and espresso extraction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistency and quality
• Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment efficiently
• Perform grinder calibration and monitor espresso extraction
• Create basic latte art and maintain presentation standards
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times

Requirements:
✅ Previous experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop or café
✅ Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing techniques
✅ Ability to calibrate grinders and maintain coffee quality standards
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
