$20 – $23 per hour + tips | Part-time / Full-time

VØID is a design-driven coffee & tea shop opening in Santa Clara. We focus on quality, clean execution, and creating a calm but energetic environment for our customers.

We are hiring motivated baristas who take pride in their craft — and for the right candidate, there is a clear path to become a Shift Lead.

Previous café experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right energy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Maintain drink quality & consistency
• Operate POS system and handle cash
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
• Provide warm and professional customer service

Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:

• 1 day of Weekend availability required (2 preferred)
• Opening & Closing shifts available
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
