Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care
• Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items to enhance their experience
• Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards
• Ensure proper food handling and beverage service procedures are followed at all times
• Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, including basic food safety and food handling practices

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with café experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers
• Ability to prepare beverages quickly while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Experience in beverage service, drink preparation, and food presentation techniques
