We are Hiring – Bahraini Guest Service Agent
Join our dynamic team at Lagoona Beach Luxury Resort & Spa
We are currently looking for a passionate and professional Bahraini Guest Service Agent to be part of our Front Office team.
Requirements:
- Bahraini National
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Front Office operations within a 4/5-star hotel or resort
- Good knowledge of PMS Opera is mandatory
- Excellent communication and guest handling skills
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate guest records using Opera PMS
