B2B Cold Caller (US Outbound)

The Role
Cold Calling Experience is must!!!

You will be making outbound calls to business owners across the United States; restaurants, auto repair shops, salons, barbershops, and clinics. Your job is one thing: book them into a 15-minute demo call with our sales team. You are not closing deals. You are starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.

This is a high-activity role. You will make 80-150 calls per shift. If you are motivated by results, competitive, and comfortable on the phone in English, this is a well-paying opportunity with serious earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to US-based business owners using our provided lead lists
• Introduce us in a concise, compelling way and qualify the prospect
• Offer a live AI demo on the call and handle initial objections
• Book confirmed appointments in Google Sheets or our CRM for the sales team to close
• Accurately log all call outcomes after each call
• Meet daily call volume targets and weekly appointment targets
• Attend daily team briefings and weekly training sessions

What We're Looking For

MUST have:

• Fluent spoken English — neutral, clear, and confident accent
• Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service (minimum 6 months)
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer literacy — CRM, Google Sheets

Good to have:

• Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting
• Familiarity with sales scripts and objection handling

This role requires evening and night shift work (7 PM to 4 AM PKT) to align with US business hours. This is non-negotiable — if you cannot commit to these hours, please do not apply.
