Assistant Manager - Investigations.COE Pak - Payments Operations - Investigation.Operations Group-PAKCOE

- Complete understanding of Investigation query messages such as returns of funds, Unable to apply, Amendment, BCNR, Recall, RFI and back valuation.

- Knowledge of both outward and inward remittance.

- Perform Quality checks for CPC processes and publish Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS and dashboard.

- Analyzing recurrent queries and working with managers to suggest process improvements to reduce repetitive queries.

- Share proper feedback with the processing team.

Ensure timely RCSA performed for all CPC processes and uploaded in PRISM for UAE and IBG locations
