About the role
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop the short term and long-term Marketing Strategy, ensuring that the strategy is in line with the long-term company’s objectives and gives Marketing department the direction and sets concrete objective/targets
- Ensure that the Marketing Strategy is being followed and implemented.
- Monitor the status of key projects being undertaken by the Marketing department
- Prepare Annual, Quarterly and Monthly forecast of all regional and HQ commercial teams
- Prepare Annual, Quarterly and Monthly budgets/targets of all regional and HQ commercial teams
- Assist in the implementation of Business Strategy including identification of new business segments, target market strategy and analysis of existing segments
- Provide assistance in evaluating new business opportunities and defining the road map for future business endeavors
- Track the road map (yearly and quarterly plan) for overall Commercial Department and segment-wise within Marketing Department
- Monthly planning and follow-up on the progress of special and strategic projects
- Map strategic projects with annual budgetary targets
- Respond to specific high-level queries of Management to assist in decision making
- Assist in preparation of EMT presentations, MOAM presentations, Mid-Year and annual conference presentations and other ad-hoc presentations
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- In principle to have a minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant degree.
Work Experience:
- Should have preferably 3-4 years of relevant experience.

- In-depth knowledge of the telecom market of Pakistan
