Architect Plus NOC Coordinator-ADM Approval is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and submission of all architectural drawings for authority approvals, specifically with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), DMT, DOT
• Develop architectural designs from the conceptual phase to detailed construction documents.
• Prepare and present design proposals using 2D and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Ensure all designs comply with aesthetic goals, client requirements, and local building regulations.
• Coordinate extensively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to produce integrated and clash-free designs.
• Manage the preparation and submission of all architectural drawings for authority approvals, specifically with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as an Architect in the UAE, with a strong portfolio of built projects.
• Candidates with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) Specialist and above license is a must.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD are required.
• Thorough understanding of UAE building codes and authority submission processes.
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
