AI/ML Trainer – Senior Faculty

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Trainer to design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum covering AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data — from fundamentals to advanced applied concepts. You will lead classroom/online sessions, mentor junior trainers, and ensure learners build both practical skills and strong conceptual understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training modules on AI/ML fundamentals, model building, and Big Data (Hadoop, HDFS, Spark)
• Conduct hands-on lab sessions using Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Develop assessments, projects, and capstone exercises to evaluate learner competency
• Explain complex concepts (bias-variance tradeoff, model evaluation, MLOps) in a way that builds real conceptual clarity, not just tool familiarity
• Mentor and review content delivered by junior trainers
• Stay current with evolving AI/ML tools and update curriculum accordingly
• Evaluate learner projects and provide detailed, constructive feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML (industry, academia, or training)
• Strong command of Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Big Data tools
• Prior teaching/training/mentoring experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — ability to simplify advanced topics
• Experience designing curriculum or training content is a plus
