AI Product Lead (Lead I - Data Science)

Role: AI Product Lead

Location: London, United Kingdom

Type of contract: Fixed term contract - 6 months

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Lead to take ownership of a cutting-edge “talk to data” solution and drive it from pilot through to full production deployment. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, product vision, and hands-on experience in AI and data platforms.

You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology—leading cross-functional teams to deliver an innovative AI-powered solution leveraging Snowflake Cortex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of an AI product from pilot phase to production rollout
• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, data SMEs, and MSP partners)
• Ensure data readiness, including development of semantic layers to support AI use cases
• Monitor delivery progress, proactively manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience leading AI or data products from concept to production
• Strong background in product strategy and product lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with Snowflake, ideally including Cortex or similar AI capabilities
• Solid understanding of Generative AI and AI-driven data solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience delivering “talk to data” or natural language query solutions
• Familiarity with semantic modeling and modern data architectures
• Background in enterprise-scale data or AI deployments
